Loving my daily infrared sauna sessions!

I didn’t really know what to expect with an infrared sauna because I’d read mixed reports on how much of a difference it made, but using it every day has actually helped a lot. My muscles feel less tight when I use it after exercise and my sleep has definitely improved. It’s been a great addition to my routine.

Great product

In purchasing I looked at alternate and some cheaper options, however, this product has been worth the extra cost. I was concerned about some of the others not lasting, having had a friends who broke after 2 months from another supplier. This one appeared higher quality, although slightly more expensive, but so far has proved worth it. The heat is great and I find I am able to enjoy things I wasn’t sure I would use, such as watching things during my sauna sessions

Spacious enough for a tall person

I’m really happy with the chair it’s comfortable and big which i was worried about it being to small for me. The sauna took me a bit to setup the first time but its pretty straight forward with helpful instructions. Best bit is the size and the shape (at 6’3” I’m tall, and it still feels roomy enough inside).
